Naming Days are an alternative or an addition to a traditional Christening; the baby is welcomed into the new family with a short ceremony in which the 'Good Parents' confirm their future roles and the parents promise to raise their child with a secular and compassionate outlook.
Poems or songs can be added to the service to make it bespoke to you and your child, with colourful themes or incorporating their favourite characters from books, TV or film.
